This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely ideal for exploring the entire island. Just a short drive away from all the main attractions, it made our daily excursions a breeze. Secondly, the staff were exceptional in their attention to detail and level of service. One particular instance stands out where the owner went above and beyond to repair a small issue in our room within minutes of us mentioning it. Their kindness and helpfulness was truly extraordinary. And lastly, I have to mention the breakfasts. They were not only delicious and abundant, but enjoying them on the shady terrace provided the perfect start to each morning. The espressos were the cherry on top! the hotel's value for money, central location, and amazing staff made this a truly exceptional stay.

We had the most enjoyable stay in this cozy, hidden gem in the heart of Mallorca. The owner, Guillermo, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even baking delicious pastries and offering assistance with loading our vehicle. The breakfast spread was incredible, with an abundance of fresh food that exceeded our expectations. Can Serrete's central location allowed us to easily explore different parts of the island, thanks to Guillermo's helpful recommendations. The town of Sineu was a pleasant surprise, with a vibrant central area and fantastic dining options. With just a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise from the lobby and drainage issues in the shower, our experience at Can Serrete was simply perfect. we highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location. The hotel was extremely clean and provided great facilities including parking, transportation, and ample space for towels after visiting the beach. The breakfast served at our table was exceptional- very tasty and with a great variety to choose from. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. This hotel is located in the center of the island making it easy to get to different parts of this city as well as to great, authentic restaurants.

The breakfast and location were the only redeeming qualities of my Christmas stay. The breakfast had an excess of food, which could be a downside for some, but I appreciated the variety. The hotel’s location was conveniently situated in the town, making it easy to explore.

The hotel felt cramped, and the room was not as clean as expected. The bathroom had visible mold and the bed uncomfortable.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel. Two things that we liked the most were the comfortable bed and the beautiful rooftop deck. The mattress was perfect to sleep on and we woke up feeling relaxed and refreshed every morning. The rooftop deck had spectacular views of the city and was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. the location of the hotel was outstanding, right in the center of the island, which made it easy for us to explore the surroundings. We also enjoyed the quietness of the area.

The worst part of our experience was the breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and the food quality wasn't great.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and lovely room, overlooking the beautiful pool and garden. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town, and the staff, especially Guillermo, treated us like family, providing excellent advice and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The morning meal could be improved with better drainage in the shower area, as there was a large puddle even with minimal water usage.

The owner was always willing to help, giving us valuable tips of where to put our towels after the beach. Being in the center of the island, we could easily plan our itinerary to visit many beautiful places.
